Faster onboarding through Virtual Reality
On request of our customer, we have rebuild their warehouse in Tiel in Virtual Reality. This allows them to add game logic and training to this environment, in order to decrease the on-boarding time. New temp’s can get acquainted with their warehouse, by playing a game; finding their way around, the emergency exits and safety facilities.
Onboarding training using VR has already proven to reduce on boarding times with up to 33%. For larger warehouses, with > 500 FTE temporary personnel the cost reduction easily tops 100.000€ per year.
